Who is Fried Cheeze? (First Post)

Mozzarella sticks (cheese sticks) are built of the most basic ingredients: 
 cheese
&
bread 
cooked to deliciousness by being fried...
...sometimes baked
and when preparing are almost impossible to mess up. 
Fried Cheeze is all about going to different restaurants, food stands courts trucks, diners, take outs and drive-thrus in the Long Island, New York area and grades them solely on their mozzarella sticks. 
The final grading is simple and straight forward, but the process is to getting there is in-depth and complicated based on several factors:
  • Presentation
  • Price
  • Quantity
  • Cheesiness (type of cheese, elasticity of cheese)
  • Breading
  • Cheese/Bread Ratio
  • Shape
  • Sauce
The final score is judged out of 5 string cheeses based on the factors above.  
Simply the more string cheeses the better the mozzarella stick.  


Fried Cheeze will try to go to 1-2 establishment(s) every month, hopefully in a few months we will have a decent directory of where someone can find some great fried cheese!
